1. Purpose
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients can reschedule, cancel, or request refunds for services booked through LifeCoachShail.com or directly with LifeCoachShail.
By purchasing or booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.
2. Coaching Sessions and Appointments
A. Session Booking
- All coaching sessions (one-on-one, group, or online) must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
B. Session Duration
- Session duration and format (Zoom, phone call, or other) are clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- Clients are expected to join on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations
- You may cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will be treated as a completed session — no refund or rescheduling allowed.
Coach-Initiated Cancellations
- In the rare case that LifeCoachShail must reschedule or cancel a session, you will be given the option to:
- Reschedule to a new time at no additional cost, or
- Receive a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.
4. Refund Policy
A. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:
- Double payment due to a technical error.
- Cancellation made by LifeCoachShail (if rescheduling isn’t possible).
- Genuine booking errors (e.g., wrong session type selected).
B. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Missed or unattended sessions (no-shows).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.
- Completed coaching sessions or courses.
- Dissatisfaction with the session outcome (results vary by individual effort and circumstances).
- Digital products, pre-recorded courses, or downloadable materials (since access is granted immediately upon purchase).
C. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule once without penalty, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- Additional reschedules may incur a small administrative fee.
- Rescheduling requests must be made via email or WhatsApp.
6. Group Programs, Webinars, and Workshops
- Payments for group events, online courses, or workshops are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by LifeCoachShail.
- If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your seat to another participant or receive access to a recorded version (if available).
7. Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to technical or internet issues on either side:
- If the issue occurs on LifeCoachShail’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
- If the issue occurs on the client’s end, rescheduling will be at the discretion of the coach.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen. If you must cancel due to an unforeseen event (e.g., illness, family emergency), please email us at lifecoachshail@gmail.com — we’ll review your case compassionately and may offer a partial or full credit toward a future session.
9. Policy Updates
LifeCoachShail reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
